Angela is the liaison between Rock Solid’s Administration and Operations Departments. She attended Roanoke College where she studied Business Management and brings over 35 years of leadership experience in building, organizing and planning for the company’s sustainability and growth through promoting higher standards.
Angela takes pride in her ability to speak to a diverse group of people so that everyone feels comfortable. Her pleasant personality and genuinely personable nature enables her to effectively communicate with both existing and potential customers so that scheduled meetings and written exchanges alike are effortless. As well, she productively motivates employees so that they understand the expectation to support our business initiative. Angela proudly encourages unification through open communication, proper training and gratitude. She urges everyone to take pride in all aspects of their job’s responsibilities regardless of the task. One of her favorite sayings is “Everyone consistently working together as a team towards the same goal promotes a happy working environment which cultivates happy employees and ultimately happy customers. “

Human Resources Manager
LaRae Hilton is the Human Resources Manager for Rock Solid. Her professional experiences include six years of Food & Beverage Management at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. She also has worked six years at Hampton University as an Executive Secretary in various departments, including the Office of the President.
Off duty, LaRae enjoys spending time with family and friends and developing her relationship with God.
Human Resources Recruiter
Beverly joined our team in 2017 to help in boosting our recruiting efforts in the Central Virginia areas. Being a Richmond native who retired from the City of Richmond, where she worked in Human Resources for 23 years, made her the ideal choice for this position. She received her Bachelorette of Science Degree in Business Administration from Averett University.
She enjoys traveling, tennis, hiking and bike riding. Her goal is to support Rock Solid in finding qualified candidates for employment.
Operations and Special Projects Manager

Deborah ‘Deb’ Yeldell has over 25 years of experience in management. She is a hands-on manager responsible for training, coaching and motivating employees to perform well in all areas, and conditions, of their responsibility. Deb ensures Customer Satisfaction through consistency. Effective communication, training, direction and thorough follow-up with work performed support her effort to produce outstanding results. Her ability to effectively plan multiple projects and inspire her team to work efficiently and energetically to accomplish tasks is amazing.
Deborah is a loving and happy person with such a big heart. When she isn’t working she is spending time with her family and friends. You can always depend that she will make time to support loved ones whether lending an ear, a shoulder or actively and joyously participating in a family event or function.
Lorraine has more than 29 years of experience in leadership and management. Her responsibilities include people development, coaching, training, budgeting and inventory control.
Lorraine is result oriented and is always prepared for a challenge. As Project Manager, she oversees the daily operation of facilities. Her determination to overcome obstacles and meet the daily demands of our business only fuels her drive. She loves assisting others and relentlessly encourages others to work well together to ensure that performance exceeds our company’s higher standard. Customers are appreciative of the commitment to excellence that Lorraine and her team have shown through consistency in services provided in their facilities.
Lorraine is an avid reader. She is an advocate for reading as an enhancement to stimulate your mind. She also has a deep love for family and enjoys spending time with them every moment that she can.
Juan Carlos Galeano
Carlos has more than 9 years of experience in the janitorial industry. He successfully manages our Northern Virginia area and is responsible for coordinating efforts for all projects to include but not limited to staffing, coaching/training, scheduling/budgeting and inventory control.
Carlos is energetic, efficient and friendly. He has an outstanding work ethic and takes great pride in his performance. He develops a wonderful rapport with people by carefully listening and responding accordingly. He is gratified in knowing that he consistently gives his personal best.
Communicating with various cultures speaking different languages has been one of the greatest challenges for Carlos yet a very rewarding one. He enjoys the challenge of narrowing the gap of the language barriers in effective communication that some might find intimidating.
Carlos has an amazing love for music. When he’s not spending quality time chatting with his mom across the miles (He lovingly speaks with his mom daily), you can find him with family and friends creating and enjoying a variety of beautiful sounds.
Supply Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Colvin joined the Rock Solid team in 2014 as a custodial Day Porter. His cheerful personality, pleasant attitude and organizational skills helped him to receive a promotion into our main office as our Supply Shipping and Receiving Clerk. His years of experience in the janitorial industry have aided him in effectively receiving and delivering supplies for all of Rock Solid’s commercial and government contracts.
Colvin is a family man and a minister in the Hampton Roads community.
Michael has worked at Rock Solid Janitorial since September of 2013. A retired Navy veteran, he originally came to Rock Solid as a temporary front office receptionist and to assist with filing and organizing, but he won the hearts of our office and created a full time position for himself. He functions as our Executive and Administrative Assistant and our in-house “IT” department.
His responsibilities include projects coordinator, purchasing and distribution, payroll processing, client care management and various administrative duties.
During his off time he loves spending time with his wife and two sons and is a volunteer for various local community sports groups.
