Do green products really work?
Yes. Most of today’s green products are not only effective at cleaning, they are no more expensive than traditional cleaning products and in some cases may be more economical. What's involved in green cleaning?
Because Green Slate is a cleaning system designed for LEEDS certification, there is a lot involved. We train custodians to remove dust and soil, and to not spread it. Our products are not only “green” but are concentrated with less packaging. We find ways to keep soil out of buildings by using more walk-off mats & deeper cleaning in entryways. We suggest different frequencies for routine maintenance so the need for deep cleaning is reduced.
